It’s a Time to Celebrate!

The Library Board and Staff are pleased to announce the launch of the new and revised website and Library homepage, a change authored by Ben Witte and assisted by the former webmaster, Dr. Tony Witte.

Originally, the Library went “live” in March of 1996.  Up to this point, the site has been primarily “static” with assistance needed from the webmaster to update most of the information.  Not only is the artwork brighter and new, but the site is now mobile friendly, and Library staff will have control over content in a new and proactive way.

The Friends of the Dansville Public Library have made this momentous action possible.  The Board appreciates the continued support from the Wittes who have done so much to bring our Library into the mainstream.  The Library Board and Staff welcome comments and suggestions as the new site takes shape.

Then on March 4, any adult can bring their youngster to the Children’s Tea Party on Saturday, March 4 from 1-3 p.m. This is a ticketed event with a suggested donation of $3; “scholarships” are available if needed.
Finally, gardeners are urged to attend “Tips For Growing Great Plants” on Wednesday March 8 at 6:30 p.m. Master Gardener Julie Brocklehurst- Wood will inform and advise those in attendance on how to get the most from the garden with seeds or plants.
