Paws for Stories: Read to a therapy dog!

Is your child reluctant to read? Whether it’s difficulty or shyness we have a book program just for you. Come read to a trained therapy dog at the library! The dog is calm, reassuring, and an attentive audience. This takes the pressure off the child and makes reading fun! For children ages 3-12. Space is limited.  Please call or stop in the library to register. In collaboration with Tail Waggin’ Tutors, a program through Therapy Dogs International and in celebration of National Library Week (April 8-14).
