How to Use the Calendar
How do I view a different month?
To change the month to view, either click on the “Prior Month” or “Next Month” links, or use the date picker at the top of the calendar to go to any month and year.
How do I get details for an event I see on the calendar?
Click on the event title, or on the day numeral to see details for all events for a given day, including location, time, and a description of the events. Alternatively, click “View As” and select “List” to see all events and details for that month. This option is particularly useful if you wish to print a list of calendar events for a month.
How do I add our event to the calendar?
Click on the “Login or Register to Add Events” button below the calendar. This will take you to the Login page. If you don’t have a Username and Password, click on “Register” and follow the instructions on the page. Enter a Username and your email address. An email will be sent to that address with a link to set a password and login.
Once you have a Username and Password follow the original link: “Login or Register to Add Events” at the bottom of the calendar page, and enter your login info.
Once you have logged in, you will see a black bar along the top of the page. Click the “New” button that is on the black bar.
Now simply fill in the text boxes with your event information. The title of your event and a date/time is all that is required, but you may also enter a description in the big text box, as well as contact info there or in the Organizer and Location sections.
After filling in the form, click the “Publish” button near the top right of the page and you are done.
Oops! I need to change something on our posted event. How do I do this?
Click on the event title. While viewing the event details, there will be an “Edit Event” button on the black bar at the top. Click that and make your changes and click “Update” on the upper right of the page. To delete an event click “Move to Trash” next to the “Update” button. Only the person who posted the event (or the Administrators) can modify or delete an event, so you need your Username and Password.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the login screen, click “forgot password?” and enter you Email or Username. A password reset email will be mailed to you.
Or you may select a new Username and Password and re-register.
