Basic Yoga Feb 10

On Saturday, February 10, join Kate Drake at the Library for Basic Yoga–Body Mindfulness.   Kate is a Yoga Alliance 500 member, and completed her  certification in therapeutic yoga in 2017.  She combines her practice with her Occupational Therapist skills.  She opened “Every Body’s Yoga Studio” in 2008.  This beginners’ session is free and always provides  a comfortable yoga practice you can take home with you.  Please call 585-335-6720 to register.
