The Friends of the Library have responded to a challenge from an anonymous donor who pledges to donate up to $5000 if donors will match that amount. Time is of the essence as the donor wishes to donate by Christmas! Funds will be used toward completing the Library fence along Main Street. The Friends began a funding campaign Thanksgiving Week and have reached donations totaling just over $2500. Anyone interested in donating can contact the Library at 585-335-6720. Information and donation forms are available at the desk. The cost of the fence extension is more than $13,000 and the Library will seek additional funding to cover the balance of the cost.
