The Dansville Public Library’s 31st Annual Used Book Sale will be held during the week of the Dogwood Festival May 14-19. Sale hours are Monday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 1:00 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday sale hours are noon until 4:00 p.m. The sale is located at VanHyning’s Warehouse on Milton Street.
Hundreds of hardcover and paperback books, both fiction and non-fiction are available for all age levels. Expected specials are half-price day on Wednesday and Fill-a-Bag-for-One-Dollar on Saturday.
This year’s sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Dansville Public Library and VanHyning’s Service Station. Last year, 49 volunteers raised over $2,000 during the sale. Most of this year’s sale receipts will go toward the Building Fund.
