Native & Exotic Animals!
The Wildlife Defenders and their amazing education animals will be visiting the library on Friday, July 12th at 2:00 p.m.
Children and their families will see a variety of native and exotic animals. Don’t miss this special event made possible by the NYS Family Literacy Grant.

Discovery Workshops

Join us this summer at the library for our Discovery Workshops! Sponsored by the Dansville Lions Club. These three special workshops are for children ages 8-12. Registration is required so please call the library or stop in if your interested in signing up your child.

“Sing a Story, Read a Song!” Saturday, May 18th at 1:00 p.m.

In celebration of Children’s Book Week musician Nan Hoffman will sing songs that have been made into books (books that sing), songs made from books, songs based on folk tales and stories, and songs that celebrate reading. Using folk and acoustic music and a variety of songs and instruments, Nan offers presentations that are fun and informative, and encourages audience participation. Don’t miss this special event!
