SUMMARY:“Electric Circuits” with Joe Debell July 8-12 @ 10 a.m.-Noon
DESCRIPTION:Don’t miss this special week-long ‘Discovery Workshop’ with Joe DeBell! For children ages 8-12. Kids would investigate electricity by wiring a circuit to a bulb.  How to form a complete circuit and other electrical concepts such a conductors and insulators.  Kids  would learn about the symbolic language of electricity and use and read diagrams for wiring circuits and constructing a flashlight.  Kids would apply what they learn to design a wiring plan for a cardboard house. These activities cultivate students’ abilities to analyze problems\, think critically\, and develop solutions. For children ages 8-12. Space is limited! Don’t miss this special “Discovery Workshop” sponsored by the Dansville Lions Club. For more information please call or stop in the library.
